Vellore institute of technology is a college based in India , the college is known for its activity across the states and country.
Problem Statement
Students often feel excluded from college activities due to a lack of awareness about ongoing events and happenings within the campus
PROBLEM BREAKDOWN
So what went wrong?
Our college currently communicates club activities exclusively through email, making it less accessible as these emails often get buried among other messages. Additionally, many students do not frequently check their emails, leading to missed opportunities and a lack of engagement in campus activities

Many of my friends feel overwhelmed by the perception that numerous events are happening, yet at the same time, they feel as though nothing is happening at all.
SO WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS?
Brainstorming and prioritisation All design directions walked the chaotic journey of design and were morphed into stronger, holistic designs by the end of the journey.
